New Miuz made it’s debut at Couture Fashion Week – the highly anticipated show kicked off with soft pinks and beautifully textured fabrics. The collection was appropriately named Sunspring – after the island Mauritius’s sun at dusk -the soft pinks conveyed this perfectly. The crystal encrusted flowers featured in his collection glistened beautifully under the light of the runway. The classic silhouettes and gorgeous embroidery work were magnificent. The clean lines made this collection modern and the fabrics flowed ever so carelessly as they graced the runway.
The color palette were soft pinks, corals and ivory – each color had a representation of the inspiration and vision that the designer had of the delightful sunset! The finest fabrics were used for the Spring/Summer 2017 debut – silk, chiffon and tulle.
I enjoyed this collection – it was a modern spin on classic silhouettes. The hues of the line were so stunning. I would love to see more from this designer – he is definitely one to watch!
