With blood oranges, ocean blues, and neon yellows, Chromat showed their Fall/Winter 2018 collection on February 9th. Inspired by summer kayaking trips and personal watercrafts, the models looked glamorous in their vibrant colors. As we’ve seen in past there have been many interesting, to say the least, props at New York Fashion Week, but Chromat took the cake with their models munching in Flamin’ Hot Cheetos as they walked down the runway.
The models were all gorgeous, as they strolled down the catwalk, however aside from the clothing, it was the diversity of the models that caught my eye. With the body positivism of the show, the model lineup include: plus-sized models, Hijab models and an amputee, who wore her prosthetic leg as she graced the runway. The make-up of the models was lively and the show was of course astounding! I really enjoyed it and I can’t wait to see what they do next!
