Oqliq is an up-and-coming Taiwanese fashion brand with their flagship store in New York City, they are most known for their comfy and stylish outerwear and was the last show I had the pleasure of viewing on live-stream for Fashion Week. Like I said in pervious articles and continue to say, live-stream was an incredibly unfamiliar format, however, the CFDA Runway 360 platform made it a little more personable.
The Virtual Show was titled Natural Blessing – the tranquil essence of the music set the tone of the show, with the subtle and natural earth-tones of the pieces. The oversized jackets draped on the models’ bodies flawlessly.
The actual virtual presentation was probably one of the best ones I’ve ever seen. It was a creative master-piece and aesthetically pleasing. The innovation of how the runway was uplifting each model as they walked, almost to a heaven-like nirvana, was the true meaning of a natural blessing. The creative director for this online production was a genius and Oqliq seemed to have not spared any expense for this presentation.
